A Walk in the Park

We went for a walk at the park on Sunday and we got to big stairs and Grant turned to Lucie and said "Hold my hand Lucie, those are big stairs"!!

Dinner and a Show

So we celebrated Alana'a birthday Sunday and after dinner Ava and Lucie sat down at the piano and they were playing the piano and singing together. It was soo cute, it totally sounded rehearsed!!

Play date/fun date

So Lucie had a play date Saturday with Jayden so I decided to take Grant and Havi to play miniature golf(which Grant has wanted to do forever). They were so cute. I didn't say anything and they just went through an entire 18 hole mini golf game in about half an hour!!

Cutest kids in the world

I am sure I am not the only mom who KNOWS her kids are the cutest kids in the world. Well I put a headband in Lucie's hair the other day and she is sooo absolutly adorable with it in. So of course I had to take way to many pictures(maybe not-is 8 too many for a headband?). Anyway it is sooo cute!!




I am quite sure that her good looks come from her father!! Who decided as a joke he would shave off his "hot" looking facial hair and go for something a little more "scary, stalker, adult film star from the seventies ish" Happy to say that it is now all shaved off. The people at work loved it!!

Zoo

We took our first trip to the Zoo this year. I had my half day yesterday and I went with my sister, the kids she nannies for and Lucie's little friend Jayden from school. We had soo much fun. The zoo was soo empty, the kids could run around. It was a little bit cold so we mainly stayed inside but still alot of fun!!!

Cheese???

So today I went to Walmart and the kids were sooo good I let them pick out a little bag of chips in the checkout. Both kids picked doritos. Half way home Lucie goes "Mommy my fingers are so yucky" I said "no honey, lick your fingers, it's cheese". After doing it she goes "oh cheese is soo good, mommy I love it". Just thought I would throw the pic of Grant in because he is eating a tomato whole-not an apple!!!

Boys will be boys

So I had my mom make Grant a care bear for Christmas because I have fond memories of my brother wrestling with his care bear. I was in the bathroom washing my face when I heard Hi-Yeah, over and over, and this is what I saw....a little boy wrestling with Good Luck bear!!

Pizza Fun!!!

Today Josh suggested we went to a pizza buffet with my brother Blake and his little girl Ava. They had an arcade, a couple of indoor play areas, etc. The kids had sooo much fun. Lucie and Ava were shaking their bums on the dance floor- which was adorable. They had a water table, train tracks, big legos, an indoor play area, a little play pizza shop. They also had a face painting area where the kids could paint there own faces. It was sooo fun, I am soo glad Josh suggested it because the kids had a blast and we will definatly go back!!!
